Haven't posted anything in a while, but I stumbled upon this strange video today. I actually really dig the music, but not sure how I feel about the metallic wardrobe.
Bass Taste
This blog is a culmination of my work searching the internet and sifting through all the bullshit music out there in order to hopefully find you some delightful gems. This archive will reflect music that I enjoy or I find unique. Look around and have a taste, I hope you will enjoy the collection as much as I do.

Secret Stash #6 - Maktub
Maktub is an oldie that I have discovered recently. I came across them because the comedy of Reggie Watts who is also the lead singer. I saw Reggie Watts a little over a year ago at Sasquatch Music Festival in George, Washington and I was an instant fan. His ability to capture a crowd of drunken festival bros who are only the comedy tent because they are overheating in the sun, and make them pay attention and laugh, is truly an amazing skill. The show was a musical and hilarious experience. It is no surprise that Reggie's band Maktub based out of Seattle, is equally enjoyable.

Chicago - Street Player
Just a great track. Been sampled around with quite a bit. Soothing vocals and horns on this one.

Video of the day #11
Nothing says fathers day like some chill electropop and a girl getting paint splashed over her face. This Seems like it would be a nice piece for a remix. Enjoy

Secret Stash #5
I discovered Leo Tan while trying to look up music production tutorials for Logic Pro. I can't believe this only has 448 views. This guy has a great voice and can do everything from Reggae to Disco!

NEW OVERKWERK DAY!
It has been way too long since I have last posted anything on this blog and I apologize for anyone who is actually following along. I have been very busy with school and I have also been spending a lot more time on my own music. Hopefully I can finish some tracks to post on here soon. Anyway, what better way to restart the blog than with a brand new track from one of my unknown favorites OVERWERK!
